Your account, workspace, and the copy you check.

The marketing pages do not load advertising trackers. The application at /app requires an account and uses Clerk for authentication, workspaces, memberships and invitations. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, time and page requested, for security and operations. If you email us, we receive what you send.

Clerk processes account details, session and authentication data, organization memberships, invitations and security signals. Authentication uses cookies and network requests. Our application reads account and membership information to check workspace access and seat capacity. The copy you check and local review records are not sent to Clerk or our account server.

Clerk's privacy policy describes its handling of this data. Payments are not enabled yet.

• The text you paste and the records you make are not sent to us. They are held in the page's memory while it is open.
• If you switch on "Keep history in this browser", saved checks, including the full text, are stored in your browser on your device until you delete them. It is off by default.
• A signing key is stored in your browser the first time you export a record. The page can use it to sign but cannot read it back out.
• Two small settings are remembered in local storage: whether history is on and whether the model read is off.
• None of this is available to us. We cannot recover it.

Approval does not require an AI second read or a waiver. When you run it, the checker sends the text and the blocking rule findings to Anthropic's API using the key you supply. Nothing is sent before you tick the consent box and press Run. The key is held in memory and is not stored. We don't receive the text or the answer. Anthropic's terms and privacy policy govern what it does with the text. The answer is saved in your exported record.

Do not paste patient information into the checker. It is not designed to receive it, and no business associate agreement is in place with us or with Anthropic.

The feedback links in the checker pre-fill the rule id, the rule-set version, the content type and the matched phrase. For patient-privacy rules the phrase is left out. You can edit the email before you send it.

You can clear saved history and delete the signing key from the checker, or clear the site's data in your browser at any time.
