Calling a doctor, clinic or treatment the best, the greatest or number one is a superiority claim. It needs a named ranking or comparison study, and an unsupported "best in the world" is misleading.

Safer wording: State what you do and the credentials behind it, or name the ranking, who ran it and when. Drop the superlative.
