Practicing without physician oversight, injectable parties, fake board certifications, unscreened donors and urgent-care claims of emergency capability misrepresent who is providing care and are barred by state medical practice laws.

Safer wording: Disclose the licensed supervising physician, advertise only real board certifications from recognized boards, and do not offer injectables at social events.
