A consumer story saying a product fixed, cured or healed a named ailment presents an unsubstantiated disease claim as personal experience and suggests it is typical.

Safer wording: Do not use testimonials that claim to cure or treat a condition. Use only experiences that match substantiated claims, with the material connection disclosed.
